SHIPPING:
Please allow 2-7 business days for orders to be processed. During launches, sales and major holidays, processing times can be longer than usual. All of our parcels have tracking. You should receive an email with a tracking number once the package is en route.
Note:
Free shipping (U.S. and Canadian orders only) is calculated on the cost of the item after discounts and before taxes.
United States Shipping
All U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground. Shipping times vary but are usually 5-8 business days. Please note, any orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or to a P.O. Box are only available to ship USPS Priority. Customers will still select the ground shipping at checkout.
Canadian Shipping
All Canadian orders ship via UPS Standard. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 7 - 15 days for delivery on orders. Any orders shipping to a P.O. Box are only allowed to ship USPS Priority International.
International Shipping
All other international orders ship via DHL Express. Shipping times can vary; however, most packages should arrive within 5-10 business days.
Depending on your country of origin, custom processing can delay delivery. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update once the package has shipped. We are not responsible for any delays caused due to customs processing.

Incorrect Address
James Street is not responsible for return shipping if a customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please, include your COMPLETE address when entering it into the checkout process. Double check that you have included your apartment number and correct postal code.
James Street is unable to correct faulty addresses. Kindly email info@jamesstreetco.com to cancel an order with and incorrect address. The customer will need to place a new order with the correct address.
Are your shipping times guaranteed?
Delivery times all depend on the selected shipping carrier.
What if my item is not delivered or lost in transit?
Once collected from our studio, parcels become the property of either UPS or DHL. James Street is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. When we can, we track all packages to prevent this from happening. We also now offer shipping protection via Route - which is available to purchase at checkout. Email info@jamesstreetco.com if you have any questions or concerns.
What are the taxes and duties I will have to pay?
Taxes and duties due depend on your country.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
All orders need to be placed by December 13th, 2024 at 2PM MDT, to ship out before Christmas/Holiday office closure. Domestic (US) orders need to be placed by by December 13th, 2024 at 2PM MDT, to have a chance of making it to the US-address prior to Christmas.
James Street cannot guarantee holiday shipment arrival dates for domestic orders. Once a package is in the postal carriers hand, it is no longer in our control, and depend solely on the carriers holiday shipping capacity.
Note on international holiday orders: James Street cannot guarantee holiday shipment arrival dates for international orders. Once a package is in the postal carriers hand, it is no longer in our control. Each country and postal system is different and may change delivery dates. Orders shipping internationally (non-US) must be placed by December 8th to have a change at arriving by the holiday's.
