RETURNS + EXCHANGES
To request a return/exchange, start here.
DOMESTIC returns/exchanges will be issued a free label when the request is approved.
INTERNATIONAL return/exchange shipping costs, customs fees, taxes and duties (including carrier brokerage fees) are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded when an item is returned nor waived during exchanges.
RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
We will accept returns of clean, unworn items free of perfume and hair for a refund or store credit within ten (10) days of receiving your package. Returns or exchange requests made past the 10-day delivery date will not be accepted.
Once the return/exchange is initiated, the customer will have five (5) days to return the item(s). Please note that all items must be returned neatly folded and (on select items) in the product's protective packaging with tags attached. International returns or exchanges must email confirmation and tracking of the return or exchange shipment to info@jamesstreetco.com.
Please note that any items sent back that are not carefully folded and returned in the condition they were received (this includes the presence of hair or perfumes) will be charged a $10 restocking fee per item and will have that amount deducted from the final value of refund/store credit issued.
RETURN PROCESSING
Return processing can take up to 7 business days once the return package has arrived at the warehouse or is marked as delivered. Please, email info@jamesstreetco.com in case your order has yet to be marked delivered or processed and 14 days have passed since the return mailing date.
SALES & PROMOTIONS
All purchases made during sales or with promotional codes above 30% off retail price are classified as FINAL SALE, thereby ineligible for exchange, return, or store credit. Any items purchased during our Archive Sample Sale and from the Archive site are also considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an order was placed within one (1) day (24h or less) of a 25-39% off sale, we will honor the sales price and issue the difference in-store credit only. This policy applies only to orders where the purchased items are both in stock and encompassed by the ongoing sale, placed less than 24h before updated sale pricing. Any orders made before a sales event featuring a discount of 40% or more will not qualify for price adjustments or partial refunds.
“Final Sale” language is noted on the www.jamesstreetco.com website banner, product listings (where applicable), during the purchase and checkout process, and with each order and shipping confirmation. “Final Sale” language ensures the customer is fully aware that they are purchasing an item on sale. An order will not be canceled or refunded once it has been fulfilled or the customer has received a shipping notification.
SHIPPING
Please allow 2-7 business days for orders to be processed. During launches, sales and major holidays, processing times can be longer than usual.
US ORDERS
All U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground. Shipping times vary but are usually 5-8 business days. Please note, any orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or to a P.O. Box are only available to ship USPS Priority. Customers will still select the ground shipping at checkout. Free shipping (U.S. and Canadian orders only) is calculated on the cost of the item after discounts and before taxes.
CANADIAN ORDERS
All Canadian orders ship via UPS Standard. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 7 - 15 days for delivery on orders. Any orders shipping to a P.O. Box are only allowed to ship USPS Priority International. Free shipping (U.S. and Canadian orders only) is calculated on the cost of the item after discounts and before taxes. Customs fees, taxes and duties (including carrier brokerage fees) are the customers responsibility.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All other international orders ship via DHL Express. Shipping times can vary; however, most packages should arrive within 5-10 business days. Customs fees, taxes and duties (including carrier brokerage fees) are the customers responsibility.
Depending on the shipping destination, custom processing can delay delivery. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update once the package has shipped. We are not responsible for any delays caused due to customs processing.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
James Street is unable to correct incorrect shipping addresses after an order has been placed. Kindly email info@jamesstreetco.com to cancel an order with an incorrect address ASAP. The customer will need to place a new order with the correct address. James Street is not responsible for return shipping if a customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout.
TAXES + DUTIES
Taxes and duties due depend on your country. Please note that all duties and taxes and potential carrier brokerage fees charged by customs at the destination country are the buyer's sole responsibility. Any customs fees, duties, brokerage fees and or taxes will not be refunded or reimbursed by James Street for any reason.
LOST ORDERS
It happens. No one is happy about it. Once collected from our studio, parcels become the property of either UPS or DHL. James Street is not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. When we can, we track all packages to prevent this from happening. We also now offer shipping protection via Route - which is available to purchase at checkout. Email info@jamesstreetco.com if you have any questions or concerns.
PRE-ORDERS
All pre-orders will be paid for upfront (Afterpay method is accepted) and are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Exchanges will be accepted if stock allows.

TREET
All Treet store credit is issued via a discount code for use on any one purchase. This store credit is good only on https://jamesstreetco.com. It is not redeemable on the James Street Co. Archive. Treet credits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
A returned order paid for using a Treet Sale Credit will first be processed back to the Treet Credit Number, after which any remaining balance goes to the customer's secondary form of payment.
